Price Match Policy

We strive to offer our customers the best selection in natural baby care and cloth diapers, with excellent prices and customer service as our goal. While we're always trying to keep our promise of offering our merchandise at the most affordable price possible, if you should find another current and comparable print or online catalogue offering of an identical item with a lower purchase price than ours, let us know and we would be happy to try our best to match the price. Note that the entire cost of obtaining the product (including shipping/handling) will be taken into account.

Simply email us with the following information:

• URL and web site where you saw the product
• Product name, color, and size you would like
• Product price, including shipping and tax
• Your contact information

Please note:

• Item must be in-stock at the purchase price from a Canada-based authorized seller
• Item must be new, factory sealed, and of the same brand, year, style, fabric, and colour.
• Price match does not include competitor coupons, clearance, closeouts, or discontinued products.
• Price must be available to the general public and verifiable by SoGreenBaby on the day of purchase
• If the price you wish us to match is in violation of any Manufacturer agreements, we will be unable to do a true price match.
• The item price must not be a typographical error
