Flat Rate shipping of $5.99 applies to orders to Canadian addresses totalling $98.99 and under.
This flat rate is sent by Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator to Canadian addresses only.
Tracking and insurance is included with this shipping method.
Rush shipping (1 or 2 days guaranteed service) is available on a case by case basis. Please contact us to obtain a quote!

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (after coupons and discounts) using Canada Post to Canadian addresses only:

Offers of Free Shipping are only valid in Canada and the US.
Some items are exempt from flat rate and free shipping due to weight and size - these items will be noted as such and will ship according to the Canada Post cost. For certain items, a surcharge will be applied to the shipping cost regardless of free shipping status.
Remote locations in Canada are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged actual shipping cost. Remote locations include, but are not limited to the postal codes that begin with the following (these restrictions are updated as remote locations are identified and all applicable postal codes may not show below):

Shipping exceptions described above will be calculated after your order is submitted and an adjusted invoice will be generated for the additional shipping cost.
Orders placed on a business day will usually be shipped within 1-3 business day, unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day. You can expect to receive your package within 1 to 7 business days from the day we ship your order. If placed before 3pm, customers in the Greater Toronto Area may receive their package the next day.
Free shipping offer as described above may be changed without notice.

Local delivery by drop off is no longer offered. Customers local to Markham and York Region may save on shipping costs by choosing to pick up their orders at our home office.

We offer a local pickup service to customers that wish to come to our Markham home-office conveniently located just a few short minutes from Highway 404 near Warden and 16th Avenue.
If you choose this method, we will contact you after we receive your order to arrange for a mutually convenient pick up time and date and to give you the exact pickup address.
The payment option "COD upon Pickup" is only available for LOCAL customers who would like to pay for their orders upon pickup at our home office or who reside within our local delivery area. We do not offer the option to pay when the order is delivered. When choosing this payment option, please note that there is limited change available at pickup, so please bring cash that is as close as possible to the actual total due.

Orders shipped to U.S. addresses will be shipped by Canada Post, either via Small Packet-US Airmail or Expedited Parcel. Please note that Small Packet-US Airmail does not have tracking, whereas Expedited Parcel does. You will be responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged by customs officials.
Flat rate shipping of $14.99 applies to all orders under $149. Orders over $149 will receive free standard shipping. Exceptions apply.

Flat-rate and Free shipping offer excludes excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries other than Canada and the U.S. at this time.

We are an eco-friendly company. To minimize unnecessary waste and packaging, we make every attempt to reuse packaging materials that we have received in shipments to our store. This means, that at times, you may receive your goods in packaging that has already been used or marked. If you prefer to have your order shipped in a new, unused box, please let us know in your order comments.
To minimize paper usage, a printed invoice will not be included with your order. Please use your emailed invoice or log into your user account to refer to your order information. If you do not have access to a printer and need a printed invoice with your order, please let us know and we will include it with your shipment.
You may occasionally find a small sample of product in your shipment. This is not a mistake, so please feel free to ask about what it is we've sent you and how you can use it. We like receiving free stuff, so giving it is also fun! Please enjoy!
